Join us for the penultimate Vermont Cheese Week event, benefiting the Vermont Cheese Council. The night before the Vermont Cheesemaker's Festival we're gathering in Burlington to celebrate the people who make sure all of our beautiful cheese finds good homes - The Cheesemongers!

The Big Cheese is an indie documentary that follows a scrappy team of competitive cheesemongers on the road to an international showdown held biannually in France, which crowns 'The Best Cheesemonger in the World'. Jasper Hill Farm is hosting an exclusive screening of the film, following a meet-the-cheesemaker mingle in Main Street Landing's Lake Lobby. A short panel discussion will follow with actual cheese celebrities--including Mr. Moo / Adam Moskowitz himself.

After the film, we'll adjourn to party down with some hot cheese plates (Raclette & Fondue). A grazing table of vegetables, pickles, salad greens, and Vermont charcuterie by our friends at 5th Quarter Butcher and Pitchfork Pickle will make for a meal-worthy spread.

But wait, there's more... Everyone goes home with a goody bag full of cheese worth the ticket price so that you can relive the night of your dreams for weeks to come. All event profits will be contributed to The Vermont Cheese Council.
